• When defrosting your freezer, remove the drain plug inside your freezer, then place a shallow pan under the drainage hole on the outside of your freezer to catch the water from melted ice.

• No water hook up. Make sure you let it stand for suggested amount of time for freon to settle. Then plug it in. Works great.
