Some freezer designs use better insulation, better compressors, better door seals, or better motors & etc. 250-238 = 12 kWh per year. That's about 1 kWh per month. You can save a lot more than that by installing your freezer in a cool area in your basement. Away from any hot water heaters or home heating systems. If your freezer is running at -4.0 deg F, set in closer to 0.0 deg F and save some watt hours.
