From the interweb: "A rule of thumb is one cubic foot of freezer space for each 35-40 pounds of cut and wrapped meat. Allow slightly more space when the meat is packaged in odd shapes." So, in theory it should hold 200+ lbs. I would make sure the weight was distributed evenly as possible on the freezer floor. Those packages on the very bottom of the freezer should be fairly flat, to avoid denting the freezer floor.

A 7 cubic foot freezer could hold about 245–280 pounds (111–127 kilograms) of meat. Rudson S.| Insignia Support. https://www.insigniaproducts.com/contact-us
