A:AnswerI looked for baskets online and couldn't find right size. Turns out the one basket that came with freezer was all we really needed. We added a couple of cardboard boxes with tabs cut off and shortened height to fit our needs. That separated my items.

Next, is there proper clearance around the freezer?
After that, I would check the vents to ensure they are not obstructed.
Lastly, the area you open to pull the cord out, I would check to ensure there is nothing lodged in there either.
