You could, but i wouldnt recommended it.

You probably want to go with those furniture moving kind of wheels that are usually on a rectangular frame - lift up (empty) and put on the wheels. 7cf can get pretty heavy fully loaded so you might want to take it easy filling it up. Drilling wheels into your new freezer is NOT recommended.
