Q: QuestionI have this hub and it works fine with my MacBook Pro 16” to connect the HDMI to my monitor. However my keyboard will not work when plugged into the USBA port on the hub. If I plug the keyboard with just an adapter directly into the Computer it works fine

Q: QuestionI purchased this adapter for my 2020 MacBook Pro, however the SD Card reader does not seem to be working, when I put my Sandisk SD card in the slot and plug the adapter in to my MacBook nothing shows up. Does this adapter support all SD cards?

• A:Answer I had intermittent problems with the SD card reader as well and could not find a driver update page from Insignia or other support beyond opening a service ticket. I ended up returning this and got a simple 4-port USB to USB-C hub that I could plug an SD card reader into as well as an HDMI dongle. It's not the clean/single device set-up you may be looking for but the components worked better on my laptop.
