• Bob, I am sure you already have your answer..Yes it does come with a power supply, or just let the computer supply the power, is what I do.

• It comes with the AC cable, but you need to get it connected to something.

• It comes with a wire that plugs into the side of the block, Then you plug the USB 2.0 into a port and that’s how it gets it’s power.

• Yes, it has it's own power supply. It is under powered and I can't get it to power more than one thing at a time though. Don't waste your money on this one.
