“How do I access my media server? On every TV I've used you go to inputs > media > (then the TV will display options, like computers available, USB drives, etc.) On this TV, I go to media under inputs and all that is accessible is the USB thumbdrive.”

Hello Merle, There is no media option on this TV. If you will connect a computer or laptop to this TV, you will have to connect an HDMI cable to one of the HDMI jacks on your TV and to the HDMI out jack on the computer. Then on the HOME screen, navigate to the INPUTS row and select the correct input HDMI1, HDMI2, or HDMI3.
