“I cannot fit 2 bottles on the bottom of the unit, only 6 bottles on the shelves. I purchased it because it says it holds 8 bottles of wine. Can you explain the configuration to fit 2 bottles on the bottom?”

I do fit 8 bottles in this product. the bottom shelf is best suited for smaller bottles of wine or the ones that are more narrow in design. sometimes I wish I could fit champagne bottles in there but none of the shelves hold champagne bottles.
