This HDMI cable is a thin micro which is not compatible with the micro cable. The thin micro is actually a little bigger than then the micro plug.

Yes, it will with any micro-standard HDMI. Check phone mirror configuration in the user's manual.

Its hard to know exactly what model phone the lg 7 is. But from looking at most lg phones, no this will not work for you. If your phone has a separate port NEXT to your charging port, then it will probably work.

Typically you have to purchase a MHL cable, not an HDMI to mini-HDMI. These are typically used for connecting auxiliary devices like cameras. I would suggest if you have a smart TV, if it is connected to your home network/wifi, to simply use the cast feature from your Android phone. Your Panasonic TV should have a "Mirroring" option with the "Apps".
