Will stripe lay flat on the floor null

It should lay flat with n/p on the floor (it's made very good somewhat heavy for what it is)

It should. It is designed to be screwed onto a wall. I have not installed it yet. I purchased it because my FIOS router and a NAS drive sit on a small ledge by a window.
