I don’t know why you couldn’t. They’re meant to spray forced air into tiny, hard to reach spaces.

Please try again later.I would imagine that the only places you would need to clean on a mouse would be at the 'eye', which is the only place externally likely to cloud up with dust. The roller might get a bit gungy as it is always in contact with a finger, so I suppose you could try blowing around the roller to see if that has any affect. My mice do not seem to have an easy way to get into the inside and short of getting it seen to professionally, I would prefer to buy a new one and donate the old one to a recycling organization.
