As per the manual, to cook fries the time time is 20 mins @ 400 degrees F in one basket. It will take 30 mins @ 400 degrees F in two baskets. These are default temps and times. This may vary based on how compressed you place the wedges. You will need to move the wedges when 10 mins remain by opening drawer and use a utensil, to help cook thoroughly.
