• it does use the cree bulb and the 3.7volt 18650 battery. on a fresh charge it is very bright and all four levels are easily separated by intensity. I would say it is easily 800 lumen on the high end.

• Don’t know if it is Cree light bulb but it is very bright, battery can’t be removed it is charged through a sub plug on the side.
