• Continuously? I don’t know. I use mine every single night for about 10 minutes when I walk my dog and I go 5-6 months between charges easily. Great product.

• It varies on the brightness levels you are using it on. If you're using it on the highest setting, it should last you roughly 1-2 hrs. The lowest setting will last you for about 24 hours. If you're alternating between the different settings throughout a normal week, you can probably get quite a good amount of hours without charge.
