• This charger is not fast charging enabled, if that is what your question is in regards to. It will charge your phone at a rate of 2.4 amps output if charging one device. That will drop to 1 amp and 1.4 amp output if charging two devices.

• My portable charger was more than halfway charged; 2 blue lights steady on and one flashing with another off and it took about an hour and half to charge. So it probably takes about 4 hours to charge when exhausted, which is what the packaging stated.
