“When charging my charger the lights are blinking, then after a few seconds all lights shut off. It goes on like this over and over again. Is this normal?”

• Not normal ... when charger is fully charged. My unit shows 3 blue lights (book says there should be 4)

• Normally when the lights go out it is no longer charging. It should continue blinking when charging unless it is dead and may need to be recharged.
