It is my understanding that all lights lit, not flashing, means fully charged. It takes a long time to charge. If not fully charging, take it back
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I rarely check on the charge but if you don't get any extra lights after an hour you should get a new one and if it's not able to charge a phone 100% at least 3 times you need a new one
