“I just bought this device, charged it for the 4 hours. Unplugged it and the lights did not turn off and continued to blink and would not turn off. Tried connecting a device to it aswell and it would not charge it. What should I do?”

I would take it back. Out of the box I couldn’t even get it charged to 4 bars. Your better off with the 10 dollar one they sell. It charges to 4 bars and you get almost two full charges on your phone. The cheaper one is 5,000 mAh while this is only 3k more charging power, but if you can’t charge the unit fully charged what’s the sense, so for the price you can get a 4 of the cheaper ones instead of this garbage.
