Yes, just use the red and black. I am running my fan with only two wires, (red and black).

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes, you should be able to. I had the same situation. The blue wire allows a cpu to regulate the fan when needed, like a thermostat. Just connecting the red and black wires will work, the fan will run continuously while the CPU is turned on.
