I've used it on a 12v DC circuit and it works great. My guess is that's it's between 5 and 12 volt tolerant. No problems with it burning out on 12v longterm usage.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.It's 12v, only some server and NAS fans will require a higher inpiut voltage. Amp rating is also important in many cases, but this fan will work for most if not all PC applications.

The included fan connector power tap for the Molex 4-pin connectors (which can but does not have to be used) attaches the fan connector red wire to the Molex connector yellow wire, and the yellow wire is +12VDC.
