Will this power a 32 inch insignia tv that is DC 12V null

It didn't power my tv. I have the same brand and size but it didn't do anything when plugged in. There was a light that showed it was on but nothing but a black screen. I even left it plugged in for a couple of days and no changes. There was only like 2 pieces that fit the back of the tv but neither one worked.

If uses a 12v then it should work. Check specification on tv to make sure.
