Probably not as the wire from the regular ear buds would make it near impossible to slide them on.

The hooks cannot be used for the regular earphones (the ones included in the Iphone when bought).

No. You wouldn't be able to get them on the bottom of each ear piece, unless you folded the wire up into it and I think that would be messy and not worth it.

I’m sure they can, but that’s not why I bought them
I bought them to secure my air pods in my ears. However, they aren’t any good for that as you have to take them off in order to for AirPods to fit in their charging case
