- Answer They are shorter then what comes with the controller originally however they make for a comfortable fit and good replacement if you have lost your originals.

- Answer They are for remapping the X Y B A buttons to the paddles. This feature is more for Call of duty and battlefield and any first person shooters games. The concept of this feature is so you keep your thumbs on the sticks for more accurate run and gun. Also it takes time to retrain your fingers to this kind of controller.
