“Cannot get any channels? I have tried two different TVs, tried with and without the amplifier, multiple scans, still "0" channels found. I live about 20-miles north of Tucson so I figure I should get something. Any suggestions before I return it?”

Have you tried moving the antenna around the house to see if there is interference from some where in your house. If you have another TV try connecting to see if you get the same results.

If you follow all of the instructions, and it still does not work, please try calling the Geek Squad for assistance. A Geek Squad technician was able to help me set up my antenna over the telephone.
