I have the Best Buy plan so all I had to do was take it in, but something plastic should work to pop it off?

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Thank you for your inquiry! When the glass screen protector cracks, it can compromise the protection of your phone's screen and may cause discomfort or further damage if not removed promptly. To safely remove the damaged glass screen protector, start by gathering a thin plastic card, a microfiber cloth, and some adhesive tape. Use the plastic card to gently lift the edges of the cracked screen protector, starting from one corner and working your way around. Once the edges are lifted, carefully peel off the screen protector. If it’s stubborn, use the adhesive tape to help pull it away. After removal, use the microfiber cloth to clean any residue or dust from your phone's screen. If the screen protector is severely cracked, be cautious to avoid any glass splinters, and consider wearing gloves for added protection. Keith | Insignia Support
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Removing a screen protector so easy just grab it from the corner and pull and you start very slow. It’s very satisfying. It’s kind of like one of those videos.
