This is a standard USB to lightning plug charger it does not allow mirroring on a TV. You would need a lightning to HDMI cord for that purpose.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The only thing that works like a hdmi is a hdmi or AirPlay with a Apple TV box. I'm really not sure what it is you are asking but if you are wanting to plug your iPad into your TV then you will need a digital AV adapter and an HDMI cable.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. In my experience it will not act as an hdmi cord. It only allows the most systems to read the hard data on your phone like a storage device. Apple does make an adaptor that projects your screen, in a fashion, so you can stream your phone to a TV. I had experience using an older version of the converter (30pin version with my old, i4) and it did not work very well. The cost of the converter runs about $40 last time I checked. I hope this helps.
