No. It just wraps around the back and sides of the control. Fall protection essentially. The buttons and face are open though.

No, but it also doesn't allow the slider to perform right. The case protects but has to be removed to use the remote.

No, it covers the back completely and just goes around the rim of the front. Also, it attracts and holds on to any speck of dust you may have.

No it doesn’t, it just covers the sides and the back of the remote. It’s good to make it easier and more comfortable to hold the remote and protect it if you drop it on the floor since there is glass on the remote like the iphones.
