I definitely think you can hand wash with very little soap. I’ve always had these and I’m positive I’ve washed them by hand previously.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The fabric is just a standard fabric, and as far as I can tell the beads are hard plastic of some sort so I doubt getting wet will hurt it. As far as washing, I don't think running it through a wash cycle would hurt it, it's simple and robust. I would not put it in the dryer however, just let it air dry, shouldn't take long. That being said, if I have to wash mine then I will just hand wash and air dry.
