Can this cuff be used on a small arm, 8 inches? null

I wrapped it around my wrist & the velcro was able to secure the cuff in place.

Yes this cuff can be used on smaller arms. The only time you have to worry if the cuff is to small for a bigger arm.

Yes this cuff can be used on smaller arms. The only time you have to worry if the cuff is to small for a bigger arm.
