• Yes, if you have a blue tooth profile to stream video on the device that you connect too, it will stream video through this adapter.

• This adapter communicates with other devices that use USB, example: my Cricut machine has a USB and with this USB adaptor plugged into my laptop I can transfer the designs I want to cut in the Cricut. It is not a device to watch movies with, it communicates with other devices.
