I had the same problem. If using Windows10, there should be no problems, just Windows7. You should check the forums for a compatible driver. I think it is a ASUS driver. Sorry I don’t remember the site.

(i.e. - Desktop, Laptop, Cell Phone, Tablet, TV) Step 3 - Allow the device a moment or two to install itself (It will typically announce that it has successfully been installed). Step 4 - Find the settings menu that deals with Bluetooth and/or Wireless Connections. Step 5 - Turn the keyboard On and set it into "Pairing" mode. Step 6 - Back in the menu, turn on the "Discovery" mode and wait for the keyboard to appear in the list. Step 7 - Select the keyboard and click on "Pair." Step 8 - Follow any subsequent instructions which may appear. Step 9 - Enjoy your newfound ability to type on your TV and/or Desktop computer all the way from the toilet. Step 10 - Don't forget to wash your hands. And the keyboard too. Probably. (Use canisters of compressed air to blast out crumbs and dust from between and under the keys. Apply rubbing alcohol *TO Q-Tips/Cotton Balls* for better cleaning and sanitation of the keyboard surface. ***DO NOT apply rubbing alcohol directly to the keyboard.***)
