“Is this turntable compatible with Sonos speakers or does it require some sort of amplifier?”

• To drive passive speakers an amplifier will be needed. It does have a preamplifier for the low voltage output of the pickup cartridge, but this won’t drive speakers. It also has a small amplifier capable of driving headphones, and a Bluetooth transmitter to provide a wireless link to an amplifier.

• Not familiar with Sonos speakers. It will connect with any Bluetooth speakers, headphones or earbuds. If the Sonos speakers have built in amps and Bluetooth, then yes. If they lack either one, then u will need an integrated amp.
