• Are you sure the turntable is hooked to your Bluetooth speakers? Sometimes because you don't have a screen where to see your connection it's difficult to know it. Turn off every other Bluetooth device you have at home (another speaker, smartphone, receiver) and pair the turntable to your speaker again touching the Bluetooth button on the turntable and restarting the speakers. Did you notice there ir a small volume button on the turntable? Turn it to the right to level up volume.

• Mine worked great with all the additional speakers I had. I have not used bluetooth.
