I have the same issue with AirPods Pro 2. I have tried all the troubleshooting suggested here, and ensured the Airpods are on the latest firmware, but no luck. The AirPods will pair to the transmitter, but I can't get any audio to play on the AirPods. I have tested another bluetooth device and am able to transmit audio successfully.

Here are a few troubleshooting steps you can try: 1. Check the Connection Mode: Ensure the transmitter is in the correct mode (transmit mode) and not in receive mode. 2. Volume Settings: Make sure the volume on both the transmitter and your AirPods Pro 2 is turned up. 3. Re-pair the Devices: Sometimes re-pairing the devices can resolve connection issues. Unpair the transmitter from your AirPods and then pair them again. 4. Reset the Transmitter: Try resetting the transmitter. This can often resolve any glitches. Refer to the user manual for specific reset instructions. 5. Firmware Updates: Ensure that your AirPods Pro 2 firmware is up to date. Sometimes, compatibility issues can be resolved with a firmware update. If these steps don't resolve the issue, there might be a compatibility problem or a defect with the transmitter. In that case, contacting Insignia customer support or Best Buy for further assistance or a replacement might be necessary. Let me know if you need any more help!
