To set up your Insignia™ Bluetooth Wireless Audio Transmitter and Receiver (NS-HPBTAA23) with your non-Bluetooth Insignia TV and cable box, locate the audio output port on your TV or cable box (usually a 3.5mm headphone jack or RCA audio output), then connect the included 3.5mm audio cable to the audio output port and the transmitter. Ensure the transmitter is set to TX (transmit) mode. If your TV or cable box has RCA audio outputs, you might need an RCA to 3.5mm adapter. To recharge the transmitter, use the included USB-C charging cable and plug it into a USB power source, such as a USB port on your TV or a USB wall adapter. The transmitter can be used while charging, so you can keep it connected to a power source during use.
