“Is there any way to delete a user profile? I accidentally set up two for myself and it's annoying having to select between them every time. Barring that, is there a way to factory reset the device? I couldn't find an answer in the manual or online.”

Try this: When the display is off press ▲▼ to select the User ID that you want to overwrite. Place one foot on the scale and measure the weight to overwrite the measurement. Wait until the display is off. Then try again to step on the scale.
