Q: QuestionIs this case true magsafe compatible?

• A:Answer This case works with wireless charging, but I have not tried with a MagSafe charger as I do not have gen 1 AirPods Pro w/ MagSafe case. However, since it works with wireless charging it would probably work with MagSafe, but the magnetic connection may be reduced.

Q: QuestionIt would be a really good idea to include the outer dimensions of this case, in case someone were looking for a case that would fit inside a cute carrying case that we already have! What are it's outer dimensions?

• A:Answer The rubber material is about 3/32” thick. So maybe add around 1/4” to the length, width, and height of the AirPods case.

• A:Answer Yes, absolutely, in my experience it is easy and possible to charge it with out removing the rubber case from the AirPod’s case, very convenient.

Q: QuestionI cannot remove the bottom portion of this case from my airpod pro case. Can someone please help? Thanks

• A:Answer Encountered the same problem. I removed the top portion, put it under a desk lamp to warm it up slightly, plugged in the lightning connector, then applied force up through the connector until the airpods case pushed out. Will still return this though since it can get stuck easily and wouldn't want to risk the airpods case getting broken trying to get it out like others have.
