• CAT6 connectors are RJ45. But Yes. The only issue you may run into is that CAT6 support up to 250 MHz, which is twice the amount as CAT5e, however it may not be a change mattering on your network and your network adapter inside your computer.

• Sort of if your cat6 cable won’t reach your router sure. You will need a second cable to reach.
