• no, this is just a cat 5 to cat 5 adapter to extend a short wire. you need a router to split the signal to other devices

• This adapter will extend only Ethernet RJ45 cable. DSL uses RJ12 to connect to modem. Although it should work but can’t say for sure cause I have not used it for this yet.

• More than likely NO. I've never had DSL, but I have never heard of cross compatibility between these systems. Usually, you should talk with your ISP first to know what kind of service they provide before buying any hardware.
