• Yes, it will. The watch band comes with a tool and instructions to show you how to remove as many links as you wish. Easy to use. I also have a very small wrist and it fits wonderfully!

• Yes. I have small wrists too and have removed all but 3 of the removable links(some can not be taken off). You should be fine.
