The contacts on your controller may be worn out and not making a solid connection to the battery pack. You can search online for possible DIY solutions. I had the same problem and read that some suggested putting a small piece of foil between the controller and battery contacts and it worked for me! Warning - do so at your own risk.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The light did not come on the first time I connected the cable. Turned out the battery was fully charged right out of the box. When I used the controller with the new battery for a few hours and then re-connected the cable, the red light came on. It went off again when the battery was fully charged.
