You can charge the headphones the way it is with thr hesd gear stuff charges just fine

Please insert the magnetic USB-C plug into the USB-C charging port of your headset. 2. Please insert the magnetic USB-C plug into the USB-C charging port of yourheadset. Note: The magnetic USB-C plug is small and easy to lose. We recommend that you keep the magnetic USB-C plugged into the headset. 3. Please place your headset into the charging dock and make sure that the magnetic USB-C plug adheres to the magnetic output connector. 4.
