• The first few times i used needle nose pliers VERY GENTLY!! It works great because it is magnetic!

• It should come off very easily just using your nails , if you're having trouble maybe you should go seek the geek squad at best buy.

• I use the flat in of a screwdriver if it is too snug in. Usually I can get it off with my fingernail.

• Remove the facial cover by pulling it evenly. Disconnect the top strap by loosely pulling away from the piece of looped velcro. Disconnect the side straps by pulling gently away on each side of the headset. Mary II Insignia Products II https://www.insigniaproducts.com/contact-us
