I measured exactly 13.5" I.D. (inside of tube to inside of tube). If you laptop is exactly 13.5" O.D., it will be a squeaky fit!

Im answering this a year later but it is an important question that future purchasers should know. The answer to what is the interior dimension of the riser (space between the legs) is a bit shy of 13.5". It is about 13.25".

it will fit. there is 13.5in of space between the two legs, and is about 3.5 in high
