In order to set a radio station you have to press the "tune" buttons up and down in order to find the station that you want. There is a station preset button with radio stations preset into it but I found it easier just to toggle to my favorite station.

Once I figure out how to set the radio to and AM station, which I prefer, but for now FM will do, I will post that too. Do make sure to go through the entire menu for setting the alarm and pick rad, not buz. The directions are totally useless for figuring this out. :(
