Yes.. you can purchase the HDMI cables and attach to your Vizion TV. I too did this with Insignia™ - Digital to Analog Converter Box with HDMI-output, Attach your antenna and to the converter and plug in the converter to your TV. Follow the prompts on your TV screen and Free TV.
