“We have a Vizio TV that has NO coaxial connector, just HDMI. We bought this box, hooked up the cable coax to it, then put an HDMI cable from the box to the TV. We cannot get anything from the cable box to the tv, with all settings right. Help!”

Since you have an HDMI hooked up to one of the ports on your TV, just make sure you turn your TV to the proper HDMI port. It helps to label all your ports that are being used so there is no confusion. One more thing. I would suggest to put the HDMI into a normal port and not any other like a 2.2 port which is for 60fps and 4K. Especially if you do not have an high end HDMI cable. Hope this helps.
