• No, this device is for TV models that do not have a digital tuner in order to get HD OTA (over the air) channels.

• Did not have issue with fuzzy picture, but the picture is clear. We have a tv that has no coax hookup, was only able to use internet and satellite. We got this to be able to watch regular tv. However, it has to be turned off and back on to match up the lips with the words. This happens a lot.
