It will default to the Xbox's 60hz. You'll need a PC if you want true 144hz gaming.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The Adapter will not change the capabilities of your Xbox. Your monitor will only display what the Xbox can put out.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The monitor will run at 144hz, but other frequencies as well. Read your manual, it should list the supported display resolutions and frequencies. More than likely, it will cover 30-144. including 60. This adapter does not change the frequency of your signal, it just passes it through to other standards.just use a HDMI cord, it should work. The monitor should auto adjust. if its that killer. :)
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The monitor should be backwards compatible, the monitor will drop to 60hz. Your xbox cannot provide the 144 hz speed a cable will not change that. If it's hdmi be sure you get the proper type of hdmi cable as there are a few different ones.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Realistically, it depends on the rate at which you're Xbox sends the video signal, so if it's not sending the signal at 144, it won't matter which cord you're using.
